The analysis is structured in two sections: 1)Results of the housing value chain assessment, presenting the challenges identified in each of the 14 links (seven on the demand side and seven on the supply side), along with cross-cutting issues affecting both supply and demand. Potential interventions and implementation mechanisms are also included, identifying implementation leaders and supporting institutions; 2) Strategic framework and summary of prioritized proposals.
