Works - G2 - SP425 Lot 2

Description

Brazil, through the Department of Highways of the State of São Paulo (DER/SP), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Road Investment Program of the State of São Paulo - Phase III". This call for International Public Bidding (LPI) invites eligible bidders to submit closed bids for the execution of road infrastructure works.

Scope of works
Main objective: Execution of civil road engineering works in Lot 2 of the SP425 highway.

Estimated term: 18 months.

Eligibility requirements and conditions
Regulatory framework: International Public Bidding (IPL) conducted in accordance with the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods Financed by the IDB.

Technical and operational capacity: Demonstration of previous experience in road civil construction, proof of annual revenue in the sector, declaration of equipment availability and indication of a specialized technical team.

Financial capacity and suitability: Proof of net working capital, soundness of the financial situation and history without the occurrence of breach of contract.

Guarantee and preference: Requirement of Guarantee of Maintenance of the Offer in the amount of BRL R$ 1,640,000.00. No margin of preference will be applied to national construction companies or consortia.

Access to information: Bidding documents in Portuguese can be formally requested from the Coordination of Bids and Contracting of Engineering Works and Services (CGLA) by e-mail cgla@der.sp.gov.br or accessed directly on the institutional website of the DER/SP in www.der.sp.gov.br/der.

Delivery modality: Physical delivery of proposals in a closed envelope at the DER/SP Auditorium (Avenida do Estado, nº 777, Ala B, 5th floor, São Paulo - SP). Offers in electronic format will not be accepted. The opening will take place in a face-to-face and online public session.
