Description
Consulting services that aim to:
Strengthen the Cadastral Information System by generating updated and modernized resources for decision making.
The contracting of consulting services is proposed to achieve the following objectives:
- Update georeferenced data for analysis and interpretation for Greater Rosario. The objective is to capture high-resolution images of the city of Rosario and Greater Rosario, which will allow analysis and interpretation of the parcels in order to identify undeclared improvements. To achieve this objective, the acquisition of high-resolution images of the Greater Rosario area (23,569 hectares); geodetic support of the acquired images; image processing; and preparation of the georeferenced digital mosaic and orthophoto of the area of interest are contemplated.
- Detect undeclared improvements in Greater Rosario. It aims to update the constructions of Urban and Suburban areas of part of the city of Rosario and Gran Rosario by comparing the existing data in the database of the Cadastre and Territorial Information Service (SCIT) and the new data obtained through updated remote capture. To this end, it is necessary to:
○ Perform digital restitution.
○ Execute the field completion.
○ Determine the areas covered by improvements.
○ Carry out the comparison of surfaces.
○ Carry out the survey of improvements ○ Carry out the survey of improvements
○ Carrying out the survey of horizontal property
○ Carry out the infrastructure and services survey.
The anticipated period of performance for the project is twelve (12) months.
The Consultant may partner with other firms in the same category, with similar capacity and business objectives, in order to improve their qualifications.
Interested Consultants shall submit the following documentation: (a) a written statement of their interest in participating; (b) constituent documentation evidencing the nationality of the firm - eligibility - proof of registration and power of attorney of the signatory; c) in the case of a joint venture, consortium or similar, proof of intent to form a joint venture, and information on the firms with which the joint venture will be formed, attaching the constituent documentation of each firm, and indicating which firm will be the representative of the association; d) list of similar works in technical complexity, executed in the last 10 years, indicating for each one of them: place, description of the works performed duly certified by the contracting authority, duration of the project, approximate contract amount in U$S, assigned work team (names of officers and key personnel: Project Director/Coordinator, work group leader, participants and functions performed).
