The Republic of Peru has requested financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Investment Program: Improvement of the Quality of Higher and Technical-Productive Education Services at the National Level". This call for the Selection of Consultants, managed by the Ministry of Education, invites eligible firms to express their interest in contracting specialized engineering and architectural services.
Scope of the consultancy
Control and supervision: Comprehensive technical supervision of the development, design and preparation of the final Technical File aimed at improving infrastructure, workshops and educational equipment.
Beneficiary institution: Center for Technical-Productive Education (CETPRO) N°007 Andrés Araujo Morán, aimed at optimizing technical training services and productive capacities in the area.
Location and registration: The project is located in the district, province and department of Tumbes, identified under the Unique Investment Code CUI 2432205.
Qualification requirements and assessment points
Signature Experience: Interested companies must provide accreditations, institutional portfolios, and documentation demonstrating solid qualifications and relevant experience in the supervision or preparation of technical files within the education sector, technical training centers, or public buildings of similar complexity.
Associations and consortia: The participation of individual or associated firms is authorized under the Joint Venture modality, as well as the inclusion of subcontractors to strengthen the technical and professional skills of the consulting team.
Shortlist: The evaluation of expressions of interest will result in the selection of a shortlist made up of a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of eight (8) eligible consulting firms.
