Description

The Republic of Peru has requested financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Investment Program: Improvement of the Quality of Higher and Technical-Productive Education Services at the National Level". This call for the Selection of Consultants, managed by the Ministry of Education, invites eligible firms to express their interest in contracting specialized engineering, structural design and architectural services.

Scope of the consultancy
Engineering development and design: Comprehensive preparation of the final Technical File (specialty studies, architectural and structural plans, budgets and technical specifications) that will serve as the basis for the subsequent execution of the infrastructure and equipment works.

Beneficiary institution: Institute of Public Pedagogical Higher Education (I.E.S.P.P.) Acomayo, focused on optimizing and modernizing the quality of teacher training in the region.

Location and registration: The project is located in the district, province and department of Cusco, and is registered under the Unique Investment Code CUI 2542652.

Qualification requirements and assessment points
Signature experience: Open call for legal entities that demonstrate robust technical qualifications and relevant experience in the preparation of technical files within the education sector, higher training institutes or public buildings of similar complexity.

Associations and consortia: The participation of firms in a sole or associated manner is authorized under the Joint Venture modality, as well as the inclusion of specialized subcontractors to strengthen the capacities of the consulting team.

Formation of a short list: The evaluation of the expressions of interest will determine the selection of a short list made up of a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of eight (8) pre-selected consulting firms.
