Updated tender - Implementation service of a flow and event engine software for the SIAF-RP of the Ministry of Economy and Finance

Description

The Republic of Peru has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank to partially finance the Project for Improving the Financial Management of the Public Sector through Digital Transformation, and it is proposed to use part of the proceeds of this financing to make the payments corresponding to the contract that is the subject of this tender.

The Ministry of Economy and Finance invites eligible bidders to submit closed bids for the procurement of the service of implementation of a flow and event engine software for the SIAF-RP.

The Request for Bids (RFP) will be made in accordance with the Bidding procedures in a single stage, two envelopes, established in the Policies for the acquisition of works and goods financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and is open to all bidders from eligible countries.

Qualification requirements include: eligibility, history of contractual compliance, financial situation, experience, key personnel, and documentary proof. In this process, the Best Final Offer (M.O.F.) mechanism and negotiation will be applied. More details can be found in the tender document.
