Updated Tender - Hybrid Cloud & Multicloud Service for the Government Computing Cloud Program, Managed by the National Authority for Government Innovation

Description

Within the framework of the Panama Digital Program (PN-L1171), the Government of the Republic of Panama has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and intends to use part of the funds from Loan Agreement No. 5501/OC-PN for the contracting of the Hybrid Cloud & Multicloud Service, aimed at strengthening the Government Computational Cloud Program managed by the National Authority for Government Innovation (AIG).

The main objective of this tender is to implement a comprehensive technological solution that allows the efficient, secure and scalable management of the Panamanian State's cloud services. The initiative seeks to optimize government technological infrastructure through the combined use of public and private cloud environments, promoting interoperability, operational continuity and protection of information in public sector digital systems.

The tender will be conducted in accordance with International Public Bidding (IPL) procedures, in accordance with the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods Financed by the IDB (GN-2349-15), and is open to bidders from eligible countries.
