Description

The Argentine Republic, through the Ministry of Health of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Digital Agenda program of the Buenos Aires Health System. The purpose of this tender is to acquire thermal printers for various health centers dependent on the Ministry. The incorporation of this equipment is key to strengthening hospital digitalization, facilitating the printing of shifts, laboratory labels and medical records, thus improving operational efficiency in the care of citizens.

Scope of Supply:
- Computer Equipment: Acquisition of high-reliability thermal printers for healthcare environments.

- Technical Compatibility: Teams must ensure the provision of drivers, manuals and support to ensure smooth integration with the Buyer's current systems.

- Functional Tests: The process includes a stage of verification of installation and configuration in environments controlled by the Ministry to validate compatibility.

Qualification Requirements
The tender will be conducted through the National Public Bidding (LPN) procedure, in accordance with IDB policies (GN-2349-15):

- Financial Capacity: Present financial statements for the last 3 years with an external auditor's report that accredits financial soundness.

- Specific Experience: Demonstrate at least 2 contracts completed in the last 5 years for the provision of at least 200 units of thermal printers or equivalent equipment.

- General Experience: Prove a minimum of 3 years in the supply of computer goods or similar.

- Warranty and Documentation: It is mandatory to present a Bid Maintenance Guarantee for USD 1,000.00 and the authorization of the manufacturer or accreditation as an official representative.

- Eligibility: Participation open to bidders from eligible countries. No margin of preference will be applied to domestic contractors.
