Description

The description of the required services is detailed below:

• Hold a workshop with the participation of relevant actors for the development and implementation of the Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Mobility Program on the selected islands.

• Carry out a comparative analysis of the best international practices in the residential, transportation, hotel, commercial and public sectors in relation to energy efficiency on islands.

• Compile the necessary information from different key stakeholders that allows carrying out the analyzes and developing the corresponding products.

• Build the energy matrix of the islands.

• Carry out final energy use surveys in the indicated sectors, in order to determine the potential for energy savings and greenhouse gas mitigation, the actions and measures of energy efficiency and electric mobility, the investments necessary for their implementation and their profitability.

• Prepare the baseline of energy demand and consumption, considering the current trend, and the scenario with the implementation of energy efficiency measures and the incorporation of electromobility.

• Develop the Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Mobility Program on the selected islands.

• Prepare a roadmap to implement the Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Mobility Program.

• Design a public awareness campaign that supports the implementation of the Program.

• Propose the necessary elements to implement a training program on energy efficiency measures for officials and main actors of the Program.
