Description

The Inter-American Development Bank invites consulting firms to submit their Expression of Interest to design, implement, and evaluate interventions based on behavioral sciences in the Casa Brasil Reform Program. The objective is to promote sustainable financial decisions, improve the economic planning of beneficiaries, and favor regularity in the payment of credit installments.

1. Diagnosis and design of interventions
Identify behavioural barriers in credit management, formulate five intervention proposals and select two for pilot implementation.

2. Pilot implementation and follow-up
Design the operational mechanisms, content and communication strategies of the two pilots, establish performance indicators and supervise their execution.

3. Evaluation of results
Analyze quantitative and qualitative indicators of participation, compliance, and payment of fees, identifying lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.

4. Recommendations and scalability
Prepare a technical report with recommendations to scale up interventions within the Programme and conduct a knowledge transfer workshop with the responsible teams.
