Technical and environmental inspection for the work: bi-provincial aqueduct: Catamarca – Santiago del Estero, Albigasta aqueduct network and water treatment plants – stage 1

Description

Argentina, through the General Directorate of Sectoral and Special Programs and Projects of the Ministry of Economy, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Program for the Management of Water Resources and Aqueducts in Provinces of Argentina". This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest for the technical and environmental inspection of the bi-provincial aqueduct.

Scope of the consultancy
Main objective: Comprehensive technical and environmental inspection for the work "Bi-Provincial Aqueduct: Catamarca – Santiago del Estero, Albigasta Aqueduct Network and Water Treatment Plants – Stage 1".

Key activities:

Inspection of the correct execution of the contract and compliance with the technical specifications until the end of the warranty period.

Technical and documentary review of the engineering prepared by the contractor, including the approval of the Executive Project and Detailed Engineering.

Review, approval and submission of work certificates to the Client.

Preparation and presentation of monthly progress reports and final report of contractual execution.

Qualification and Experience Requirements
Legal authorization: Legally and administratively authorized consulting firms.

Accredited experience: Demonstration of relevant experience in the execution of similar services, projects developed under identical conditions and equivalent organizational capacity.

Documentary support: Accompany the expression of interest with a copy of legal incorporation documents, description of previous projects carried out and institutional brochures.

Proposal selection and management
Regulatory framework: Process conducted according to the IDB's Policies for the Selection and Hiring of Consultants for the integration of a short list of between five (5) and eight (8) eligible firms.

Modalities of participation: The nomination of individual firms, in association (Joint Venture) or through the inclusion of sub-consultants is allowed.
