Description
Implementation of an advanced measurement system AMI that allows to improve the commercial and operational processes of the CNEL EP's Business Units involved and CENTROSUR, through the installation of smart electronic meters with integrated telecommunications service for real-time information reporting, cutting and reconnection functions, which will contribute to the management of the portfolio, reduction of energy losses, and support for the quality of commercial and technical services.
The AMI solution must be framed in the policies and guidelines on Cybersecurity, based on international norms and standards, and the standards set forth by the National Data Centers, and each of the Electricity Distribution Companies.
Qualification requirements include verification of implementations, bidder experience, key equipment, financial capacity, work plan and method, equipment specifications that make up the AMI system, among others.
