Description
Bolivia, through the Ministry of Environment and Water, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Program for Integrated Water Management in Urban Areas". This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest for the contracting of supervisory services.
Scope of the consultancy
Main objective: To carry out the technical, administrative and environmental supervision of the works corresponding to the drinking water project for recent urban settlements in the city of Oruro APRAUR - Phase II-Conclusion.
Qualification and Experience Requirements
Technical experience: Submit reliable documentation that accredits the firm's institutional capacity and relevant experience in the supervision of drinking water infrastructure or basic urban sanitation projects.
Selection and conditions
Regulatory framework: The process will be carried out under the IDB's Policies for the Selection and Hiring of Consultants for the formation of a short list made up of a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of eight (8) eligible firms.
Presentation and partnerships: The constitution of joint ventures or the inclusion of subcontractors is allowed.
