Supervision of the construction of an irrigation system in the communities of Cera Cera and Cucurí (Poroma)

Description

Bolivia, through the Ministry of Environment and Water (Vice Ministry of Water Security, Water, Basic Sanitation and Irrigation / UTEP PATRIA AGUA), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) through Loan Agreement No. 5721/OC-BO for the "National Program of Technified Irrigation with a Basin Approach I". This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit expressions of interest for the supervision of irrigation works.

Scope of the consultancy
Main objective: Technical and environmental supervision of the construction works of the irrigation system in the communities of Cera Cera and Cucurí (municipality of Poroma), guaranteeing quality control and contractual compliance.

Term and budget: Estimated execution period of 440 calendar days, with a reference amount of Bs 717,045.15.

Qualification and Experience Requirements
Legal and administrative authorization: Simple photocopy of legal incorporation documents, NIT, SIGMA/SIGEP, Commercial Registry (or foreign equivalent) and Signature Identification Form (DOC-1).

Specific experience: Accreditation of supervision services related to the object of the consultancy in the last 12 years, executed for an amount equal to or greater than Bs 300,000.00 each (declared in Form DOC-2 with their respective supports).

Eligibility and restrictions: Exclusive to firms from IDB member countries. Participation is limited to companies that do not have more than two (2) contracts in force with the convening unit and that have not applied for more than two calls within the same loan agreement (individually or in APCA).

Proposal selection and management
Regulatory framework: Selection conducted under the IDB's Policies for the Selection and Hiring of Consultants (GN-2350-15) for the formation of a short list of between five (5) and eight (8) eligible firms.

Consortia or associations (APCA): Partnership between firms is allowed; it is required to submit a letter of intent specifying the percentages of participation and identifying the leading company.

Delivery method: Submission of expressions of interest in digital or physical format at the headquarters of UTEP PATRIA AGUA (Mollinedo Building, La Paz) or via email.
