Description
Peru, through the National Agrarian Health Service (SENASA), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the project "Improvement of the Agri-Food Safety Service of SENASA". This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest for the supervision of the design, construction, equipment and commissioning of the Agri-Food Safety Surveillance Unit in Lima (CUI No. 2593747).
Scope of the consultancy
Main objective: Comprehensive control of the preparation of the design (technical file), execution of work, equipment, commissioning and monitoring in the correction of defects for the Agri-Food Safety Surveillance Unit, located at the headquarters of SENASA (Av. La Molina 1915, district of La Molina, Lima).
Technical specifications and certifications:
Verification of the technical requirements necessary to obtain the EDGE sustainable building certification (Excellence in design for greater efficiency).
Control of the development and execution of all engineering specialties (air conditioning systems, communications, firefighting, among others).
Qualification and Experience Requirements
Documentary support: Submission of the duly completed official expression of interest forms (F1, F2, F3, F4, F5.1 and F5.2) together with the technical documentation that accredits the relevant experience in consultancies and supervision of similar infrastructure.
Proposal selection and management
Regulatory framework: Selection conducted under the IDB's Consulting Policies for the formation of a short list of between five (5) and eight (8) eligible firms.
Modalities of participation: The nomination of individual firms, in association (Joint Venture) or through the inclusion of sub-consultants is allowed.
Delivery method: Sending expressions of interest in writing in physical format or through the electronic channels authorized by the institution.
