Description
Peru, through the National Agrarian Health Service (SENASA), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the program "Improvement of the Agri-Food Safety Service of SENASA". This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest.
Scope of the consultancy
Main objective: Comprehensive technical supervision for the preparation of the design, execution of the work, equipment and start-up of the Agri-Food Safety Surveillance Unit in the district of La Molina, province and department of Lima.
Technical specifications: The project contemplates obtaining the EDGE (design efficiency) sustainability certification and the development of specialties in the technical file, such as air conditioning, firefighting and communications systems.
Technical responsibility: Represent the entity in the control of the design, construction quality, equipment, operational tests and inspection during the subsequent period of correction of defects.
Requirements and documentation
Required documentation: Interested firms must review the Terms of Reference on the institutional web portal and complete the corresponding forms (F1, F2, F3, F4, F5.1 and F5.2), along with the Affidavit of Contracts in execution.
Partnerships: Companies may partner in Joint Ventures or include sub-consultants to strengthen their technical qualifications.
Selection and conditions
Regulatory framework: The selection process will be conducted in accordance with the IDB's Consulting Policies in order to form a short list made up of a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 8 eligible firms.
Delivery method: Expressions of interest are allowed to be sent electronically.
