Supervision, construction and design of the built antimicrobial resistance laboratory - RAM

Description

Peru, through the National Agrarian Health Service (SENASA), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the project "Improvement of the Agri-Food Safety Service of SENASA". This call invites eligible consulting firms to submit their expressions of interest for the supervision of the design, construction, equipment and commissioning of the Antimicrobial Resistance Laboratory (AMR).

Scope of the consultancy
Main objective: Comprehensive control of the preparation of the design (technical file), execution of work, equipment, commissioning and monitoring of the correction of defects for the first Antimicrobial Resistance Laboratory (biosafety level N2) of SENASA, located in the district of Ate Vitarte (Lima).

Key Specifications and Certifications:

Supervision of complete technical specialties (air conditioning, communications, firefighting systems, among others).

Verification of requirements for obtaining ISO/IEC 17025 Certification.

Supervision for compliance with the EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiency) sustainable building certification.

Qualification and Experience Requirements
Documentary support: Submission of the authorized expression of interest forms (F1, F2, F3, F4, F5.1 and F5.2) together with the documentation that accredits the operational capacity and relevant experience in projects of a similar nature.

Proposal selection and management
Regulatory framework: Selection made according to the IDB's Consulting Policies for the formation of a short list of between five (5) and eight (8) eligible firms.

Modalities of participation: The nomination of individual firms, in association (Joint Venture) or through the inclusion of sub-consultants is allowed.

Delivery method: Sending expressions of interest in writing in physical format or through electronic means allowed through the institutional web portal.
