Studies, Designs and Construction of Day Homes (CONAPE) and Early Childhood Care Centers (CAIPI) Phase II

Description

The Dominican Republic has received a loan from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to finance the Project to Support the Consolidation of an Inclusive Social Protection System (loan 5445/OC-DR), and will allocate part of the funds to the contracting of the works of the OPEX-BID-LPN-002-2026 tender.

Supérate invites eligible bidders to submit closed bids for the design and construction, through a lump sum single liability contract, of day homes (CONAPE) and early childhood care centers (CAIPI, INAIPI). The expected period is 15 months from the start order: 5 months for design and 10 months for construction.

Lots
Lot 1: One-level day home and 5-room CAIPI in Los Barros, Azua.
Lot 2: CAIPI with 5 rooms, two floors, in Sabana Grande de Boyá, Monte Plata.
Lot 3: CAIPI with 5 rooms, two floors, in Los Mina, Santo Domingo Este.
Lot 4: One-level day home in Nagua, María Trinidad Sánchez.
Tender conditions
Procedure: National Public Bidding in accordance with IDB Procurement Policies GN-2349-15, open to bidders from eligible countries.
Requirements: Qualifications are stated in the request for proposals. No margin of preference is granted to national contractors or APCAs.
Submission: Only in physical format, with Declaration of Maintenance of the Bid. Electronic bids or late bids are not allowed.
