Services of an expert for the valuation of the Transmission Network asset (Second Round)

Description

The National Electric Power Company (ENEE) through Operation No. HO-L1186, IDB Loan Contract No. 4598 / BL-HO "Support for the National Electric Power Transmission Program", wishes to contract the services of a Consultant Individual who develops consulting services: "Services of an Expert for the Valuation of Transmission Network Assets" (Second Round), to provide technical assistance to the Transmission Management responsible for the technical execution of the operation HO-L 1186 , with respect to the valuation of assets of the Transmission Network, training technical personnel on the implementation methodology considering the generally accepted applicable method in the industry for the monetary valuation of assets according to the templates provided by ENEE.

The Professional must meet the following minimum qualifications:

1. Grado Académico:

Profesional Universitario con título académico a nivel universitario de Ingeniero Electricista,Electromecánico, y/o Mecánico. Se valorará maestría o cursos de especialización en planificación de sistemas de energía y/o compatibles con esta consultoría.

2. General Experience:

Minimum experience of fifteen (15) years counted from the date of obtaining your degree in the academic degree of engineering with experience in maintenance, design, construction supervision or evaluation of transmission projects.

3. Specific Experience:

3.1 Experience in the supervision / review of the detailed engineering of at least 3 substation construction or expansion projects.

3.2 Experience in supervising / reviewing technical specifications of bidding documents of at least 3 construction or expansion projects of transmission lines of at least 115kV.

3.3 Experience of at least five (5) years in operation and maintenance of transmission facilities or substations and transmission lines.

3.4 At least three (3) years of experience with projects financed with international organizations and / or multilateral banks.

3.5 At least five (5) years of work experience in Latin America.

Written, read and spoken command of the Spanish language: The command of the Spanish language can be complemented with a highly qualified interpreter. The costs associated with the interpreter are borne by the Consultant.
