Description
Services are required for construction of complementary works of the Aqueduct of Providencia.
The tender will be carried out in accordance with the procedures of the National Public Bidding (NCB) established in the publication of the Inter-American Development Bank entitled Policies for the Acquisition of Goods (and Works) financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and is open to all. Bidders from eligible countries, as defined in the Bidding Documents.
The bidders must demonstrate experience as a prime contractor in the construction of minimum two (2) and maximum five (5) completed contracts, whose nature and complexity are equivalent to those of the tendered works, acquired in the last ten (10) years prior to the date of submission of the offer. To comply with this requirement, the aforementioned works must have the certificate of initiation signed within the same period and the certificate of termination or liquidation signed before the bid opening date of this tender.
