The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit invites eligible bidders to submit sealed bids for the Acquisition, Installation and Interconnection of Equipment for the operation of the Management Control System in the Peña Blanca Border Control Station.
The bidding will be carried out in accordance with the procedures of International Public Bidding (LPI) established in the publication of the Inter-American Development Bank, entitled Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Assets financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), GN-2349-9 and it is open to all bidders from eligible countries, as defined in these policies.

The qualification requirements include:
- Financial capacity, must present documentary evidence that demonstrates having an amount of liquid assets and / or access to credits free of other contractual commitments of at least 15% of the value of the offer submitted;
- Experience and Technical Capacity: Copy of the list of the main goods and services offered in the last three years that are the same or similar to the object of this opportunity. No preference margin will be granted to eligible national suppliers. Further details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
