Description

The Republic of Peru, through the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Digital Transformation with Equity Project. This call for National Public Bidding (LPN) seeks to contract services to promote digital trust and security among children and adolescents.

Scope of Services

Main objective: Design, production and implementation of 10 awareness campaigns on digital trust, development of the communication campaign "Safer Internet Week - Peru 2027" and preparation of 5 technical documents within the framework of the National Alliance for a Safer Internet.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions

Regulatory framework: National Public Bidding (LPN) conducted in accordance with policies for the acquisition of works and goods financed by the IDB.

Evaluation criteria: Compliance with financial, experience and technical requirements established in the tender documents.

Required Guarantee: Mandatory submission of a Bid Maintenance Statement.

Management and submission of bids

Access to the rules: The bidding documents in Spanish are available to interested bidders under the conditions established by the entity.

Delivery modality: Electronic submission of bids, with virtual opening ceremony.

A virtual information meeting will be held on October 1 at 11:00 a.m
