Description
The Oriental Republic of Uruguay has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Urban Sanitation Program (PSU) stage VI. In this framework, the Municipality of Montevideo calls on interested companies for the implementation of an advanced technological system that allows the efficient management of the capital's water network.
The central objective of the work is the creation of a continuous monitoring system that allows the recording and visualization of specific parameters of the Montevideo Sanitation and Drainage Network. This project is key to modernising operational management and ensuring a rapid response to incidents in urban infrastructure. The estimated period for construction and commissioning is 21 months.
The scope of work includes:
- Technological implementation: Installation of hardware and software for monitoring and recording data.
- Network integration: Connection of the centre with the strategic points of the sanitation and drainage network.
- Data visualization: Configuration of tools for management and decision-making based on real-time parameters.
- Commissioning: Delivery of the operational and functional facilities for the municipal technical team.
This process is carried out under the modality of International Public Bidding (LPI) and will have a post-qualification system. It is important to note that all technical and administrative documentation must be submitted exclusively in Spanish.
Note: Tender documents and technical specifications are available in the original language of the country (Spanish).
