Description
Peru, through the Ministry of Transport and Communications (Provias Descentralizado), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Road Infrastructure Program For Regional Competitiveness (Proregion 2)" program. This call for International Public Bidding (IPL) invites eligible bidders to submit closed bids for the optimization of regional road infrastructure.
Scope of the works
Main objective: Contracting of road management, improvement and maintenance services by service levels of road corridor No. 21 Sector B.
Execution period: The estimated time for the integral development of the works and their subsequent maintenance is 1828 days.
Qualification Requirements and Conditions
International Guidelines: The process is carried out in accordance with the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods financed by the IDB, open to bidders from all eligible countries of origin.
Evaluation criteria: The minimum parameters of technical, legal and financial capacity applicable to bidders are detailed and complemented in Section III of the Bidding Documents (DDL).
Required guarantee: All proposals submitted must be accompanied by the Bid Maintenance Statement document.
Management and submission of bids
Access to the rules: Interested firms can request the complete set of bidding documents in Spanish by sending a written request to the official emails of the entity or by downloading them directly from the official SEACE web portal.
Delivery modality: Technical and economic bids must be submitted physically and in a sealed envelope at the Central Headquarters of Provias Descentralizado in Lima. Electronic bids will not be allowed and late submissions will be rejected. The public opening ceremony will allow representatives to attend both in person and online.
