REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) - Consulting for the diagnosis, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the organic structure, organic statute by processes, personnel sizing; as well as the human talent management system

Description

The Republic of Ecuador, through the Office of the Comptroller General of the State, is developing the project Strengthening the Office of the Comptroller General of the State to Improve Control Capacities, financed by the Inter-American Development Bank. The operation is EC-L1304.

The Office of the Comptroller General of the State invites interested firms to participate in a Request for Information (RFI) to carry out a market survey related to a consultancy for the diagnosis, design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of its organic structure, organic statute by processes, personnel sizing and human talent management system by competencies.

The purpose of this request is to gather market information to support the planning of a possible contract. Interested parties may express their interest, make enquiries or send their answers by email.

The RFI is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a call for tenders or a formal invitation to submit bids. Participation does not create procurement obligations, preferential rights or advantages in future procurement processes.
