Description

El Salvador has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Program to Support the Recovery and Expansion of the Tourism Sector in El Salvador". The Ministry of Tourism calls for this National Public Tender (LPN) for the execution of airport works through the exclusive reception of physical bids.

Scope and requirements
- Execution time: The estimated construction time is 255 days.

- Financial capacity: Liquid assets or lines of credit for a minimum of 20% of the amount offered.

- Corporate experience: Historical since 2010 in metal or concrete structure works of more than 2,000 m² (maximum of 40 points for amounts from USD 3,000,000.00).

- Key personnel: Evaluation (maximum 60 points) of a project manager, a site resident and a quality control engineer, who must be accredited with the DOT or its equivalent.

- Minimum equipment: Availability of two 2-ton cranes, a 1-bag concrete mixer and two 8 m³ dump trucks.

- Guarantee: Mandatory submission of a declaration of maintenance of the offer.
