Description
The Argentine Republic, through the Ministry of Economy, has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Program for the Strengthening of Federal Fiscal Management. This tender aims to update the technology of the General Directorate of Financial Administration Computer Systems through the acquisition of virtualization subscriptions. The project seeks to optimize server infrastructure, ensuring greater operational efficiency, scalability and security in the processing of national tax data.
Scope of supply
- Virtualization Software: Acquisition of VMware vSphere Foundation subscription licenses for server infrastructure.
- Professional Services: Implementation, configuration and optimization of the solutions acquired in the institutional environment.
- Training: Transfer of knowledge and technical training for the staff of the General Directorate of Computer Systems.
- Support: Related services to ensure the operational continuity of the financial management platform.
Qualification Requirements
The bidding process will be conducted through the International Public Bidding (IPL) procedure, under the IDB's procurement policies (GN-2349-15):
- Evaluation Criteria: Bidders must meet the financial, technical, and experience requirements detailed in Section III of the bidding document.
- Eligibility: Open to companies from all IDB member countries. No margin of preference will be applied to national contractors or consortia (APCA).
- Warranty: All offers must include a Statement of Bid Maintenance.
