Purchase of Virtual Lab (VL) Technologies (eLearning devices with software)

Description

Belize, through the Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology (Project Execution Unit), has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) under the "Skills for the Future Program" (Loan BL-L1044). This International Competitive Bidding (ICB) process invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the supply of Virtual Lab technologies.

Scope of supply
Main objective: Purchase and supply of Virtual Lab (VL) Technologies, comprising eLearning devices equipped with dedicated software.

Delivery period: Four (4) to eight (8) weeks.

Qualification requirements and conditions
Regulatory framework: International Competitive Bidding (ICB) conducted in accordance with IDB Procurement Policies for Goods and Works (GN-2349-15).

Financial capability: Submission of audited financial statements for the last three (3) years prior to bid submission demonstrating a sound financial position (for Joint Ventures/JVCAs, each member must satisfy this requirement).

Margin of preference: Domestic preference for goods manufactured domestically will not be applied.

Access to bidding documents: Eligible bidders can obtain a complete set of bidding documents in English at no cost by submitting a written request via email to the Project Execution Unit.
