Public Works Contract for the Rehabilitation, Maintenance and Financing of the Road Infrastructure of Routes No. 13, 15 and 39 – Maintenance of Sustainable Assets

The Oriental Republic of Uruguay has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank, through the National Development Corporation (CND), for the Program to Support the Improvement of the Quality of Transportation Infrastructure Spending in Uruguay and will use part of the funds to finance this contract. The operation is UR-L1201.

Corporación Vial del Uruguay S.A. (CVU) invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the rehabilitation, maintenance and financing of the road infrastructure of National Routes No. 13, 15 and 39, under the Sustainable Asset Maintenance scheme. The contract will have a duration of seven years.

The procurement will be carried out through International Public Bidding (IPL), in accordance with IDB policies. Bidders must demonstrate experience in contracts of similar characteristics, technical capacity, availability of equipment and financial capacity, among other requirements.

Interested companies must be registered in the CVU Supplier Registry and acquire the bidding specifications for UYU 60,000 by bank transfer. Bids will be submitted exclusively by electronic means and must have a Bid Maintenance Guarantee of USD 450,000, constituted within the established period.
