Public lighting works to improve energy efficiency

Description

Paraguay, through the National Electricity Administration (ANDE), has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and co-financing from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) for the program "Expansion of the High Voltage Transmission System and Energy Efficiency Actions". This call for International Public Bidding (LPI) invites eligible bidders to submit proposals for public lighting and remote management works.

Scope of supply and works
Main objective: Supply, assembly and integral installation ("Plant") of energy efficiency luminaires and the implementation of the Remote Management System, including equipment, machinery, appliances, materials and required spare parts.

Estimated term: 36 months.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: International Public Bidding (IPL) conducted in accordance with the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods (under co-financing with JICA).

Evaluation criteria: Compliance with the instructions, legal, technical, financial and eligibility requirements detailed in Section III of the tender specifications.

Required Guarantee: Mandatory presentation of a Bid Maintenance Guarantee in the amount of USD $695,000.00.

Management and submission of bids
Access to the rules: Bidding documents in Spanish are obtained by written request at the ANDE Headquarters (Bidding Department, Floor 2) or through the Directorate of Public Procurement by email (liliana_ortiz@ande.gov.py).

Delivery modality: Submission of proposals allowed both in physical format (Avda. España N° 1268 esq. Padre Cardozo, Asunción) and in electronic format. The opening of bids will be carried out in a public event in person and online.
