Procurement of QoS management equipment

Description

The Republic of Ecuador has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank to finance the cost of the Tax and Customs Administration Improvement Program, and it is proposed to use part of the proceeds of this financing to make payments under the Contract for the Acquisition of QoS Administration Equipment. The Internal Revenue Service invites eligible bidders to submit closed bids for the acquisition of QoS Administration Equipment. The request for bids number is EC-L1253-P00092. The loans are 5598/OC-EC and 5599/KI-OC (Operation EC-L1253).

It is an international public tender, in accordance with the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods financed by the IDB (GN-2349-15, July 2019), open to bidders from eligible countries under those policies. The general notice was published in Development Business on April 7, 2023 (edition IDB-P1169932-04/23).

Qualification includes technical, financial, and legal requirements. No margin of preference is granted to domestic contractors. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid maintenance statement. Electronic bids are not permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Opening is in person.
