Description

The Dominican Republic, through the Office of the Comptroller General of the Dominican Republic, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Program to Support the Transparency and Integrity Agenda in the Dominican Republic". This call for International Public Bidding (IPL) invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the acquisition of equipment aimed at the continuity of critical operations and technological resilience.

Scope of supply
Main objective: Acquisition of computer equipment for the technological resilience of the institution, structured in three (3) lots:

Lot 1: Backup platform.

Lot 2: Hyperconvergence server.

Lot 3: Security and connectivity solution.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework and method: The process is governed by the International Public Bidding (IPL) procedures provided for in the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods, applying the Best Final Offer (M.O.F.) scheme.

Evaluation criteria: Compliance with the requested technical specifications, legal documentation of incorporation of the company, demonstration of capacity and financial solvency, as well as accreditation of experience and operational technical capacity for each lot.

Margin of preference: No margin of economic preference will be granted to national contractors or consortia (APCA).

Required guarantee: It is mandatory to attach the Bid Maintenance Statement to the proposal.

Management and submission of bids
Access to the bases: The specifications in Spanish will be sent by email upon formal written request, or can be consulted and downloaded on the official website of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic.

Delivery modality: The delivery of proposals in electronic format is allowed, as well as the physical presentation at the institutional headquarters in Santo Domingo. The public opening ceremony will have the possibility of attending in person or online.
