Procurement of IT equipment for digital infrastructure

Description

The Argentine Republic, through the Province of Mendoza, has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Project for the Consolidation of the Digital Transformation of the Health System of the Province of Mendoza and will use part of the funds to finance this acquisition. The operation is AR-L1421 and the loan agreement is 6140/OC-AR.

The Ministry of Health and Sports invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the acquisition of computer equipment, including desktop computers (CPUs), monitors, laptops and tablets, for various health facilities dependent on the Ministry in the Province of Mendoza.

Contracting will be carried out through International Public Bidding (IPL), in accordance with IDB policies. Bidders must submit financial statements for the last three years and accredit at least three similar contracts satisfactorily executed during that period, with minimum values established according to the bid submitted.

Equipment must meet performance, electrical safety, local warranty, technical support, and compatibility requirements. Manufacturer documentation, PassMark performance testing for applicable equipment and for desktops and laptops, Windows 11 Pro OEM licensing, and compatibility certification are required. Manufacturers must demonstrate experience and production capacity in accordance with the requirements of the specifications.

No margin of national preference will be granted. Bids must be physically submitted and accompanied by a Bid Maintenance Guarantee.
