Procurement of the Interoperability Platform (WSO2) and related services LPI N° 05-2021- MINCETUR-PROYECTO VUCE 2.0

Description

Qualification requirements include:

Overall Sales Volume: The Offeror shall demonstrate sales of a minimum amount of US$ 596,693.55 (Five Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Three and 55/100 US Dollars) accumulated over the two years (2018 and 2019); for which documented evidence shall be provided.

The documents referred to for accreditation will be:

For national bidders: Audited Financial Statements or the Financial Statements submitted to SUNAT with their due proof of submission and payment (PDT of the Sworn Statement of Annual Income Tax Payment for fiscal years 2018 and 2019) or cancelled invoices accompanied by their proof of conformity without having incurred in penalty in said years (2018 and 2019).

For foreign bidders: Audited Financial Statements or Financial Statements submitted to the competent tax authority of their country with their due proof or cancelled invoices accompanied by their proof of conformity without having incurred a penalty in those years (2018 and 2019).

Specific Experience and Technical Ability Further details are provided in the Bidding Documents:

To have invoiced in similar services (Subscription Service and/or technical support and/or installation and/or configuration and/or Training and/or Training and/or Certification of theWSO2 Software) at least US$ 397,795.70 (Three hundred and ninety seven thousand seven hundred and ninety five with 70/100 US dollars), accumulated in the 5 years (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019), counted from the date of compliance or issue of proof of payment, as applicable. For the accumulated in the 5 years will also be acceptable from 2016 to 2020 (2016, 2017, 2018 2019 and 2020).

Three (03) years of specific experience accumulated in the five (05) years (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019), or (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020) where they include Service in deployment, installation and configuration of WSO2 Platform and/or Training Service on WSO2 Platform.

Certifications and accreditations:

The Supplier shall provide proof that it has the necessary certification and accreditations for the sale of WSO2 licences. The Supplier shall prove that it is a WSO2 Partner.
