Procurement of equipment (hardware and software) for CCM

Description

The Republic of Honduras has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to partially finance the cost of the Institutional and Operational Strengthening of the Customs Administration. The Honduran Customs Administration invites eligible bidders to submit closed bids for the acquisition of comprehensive technological equipment, including end-user hardware, video management and analytics solutions, and server infrastructure for central and remote sites.

Scope of the offer
Hardware Equipment: Supply of end-user equipment and interactive displays.

Video Management: Video Management Software (VMS) and analytics tools.

Office systems: Printing, photocopying and digitizing equipment.

Data infrastructure: Servers and storage systems for the central site and remote sites.

Qualification Requirements
Bidder's capacity: Evaluation of financial capacity and technical capacity according to the criteria of the bidding document.

Procedure: International Public Bidding (IPL) in accordance with the policies for the acquisition of goods financed by the IDB.

Guarantee: All offers must be accompanied by a Statement of Maintenance of the Offer.

Preference: No margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or APCAs.
