Procurement and installation of monitoring systems and accessories for data center

Description

The Republic of El Salvador, through the Ministry of Health and the Program Management Unit, has received a loan from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to finance the cost of the Smart and Comprehensive Health Program. This national public tender aims to provide supplies and technical services for the modernization of the technological infrastructure through the acquisition and installation of monitoring systems and accessories for the data center.

Scope of the offer
The contract focuses on the equipment of critical infrastructure for the Health sector:

- Supplies: Acquisition and installation of monitoring systems and accessories for the data center.

- Reference budget: The estimated amount is US$249,600.00, which already includes the value of VAT.

- Delivery time: Goods and services must be delivered within a period of eighty (80) calendar days.

- Modality: The contract is established by unit prices in a list of quantities and is not subject to price adjustment.

Qualification Requirements
The process is governed by the Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods financed by the IDB:

- Financial capacity: A liquidity ratio (Current Assets / Current Liabilities) equal to or greater than 1 is required. In the case of consortia, this requirement is assessed in a combined manner.

- Technical compliance: Bidders must ensure strict compliance with the technical specifications described in the tender documents.

- Preference: No margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or APCA's.

- Warranty: All offers must be accompanied by a Statement of Bid Maintenance.
