Description
The Republic of Peru has requested financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Investment Program: Improvement of the Quality of Higher and Technical-Productive Education Services at the National Level". This call for the Selection of Consultants, managed by the Ministry of Education, invites eligible firms to express their interest in contracting specialized engineering, design and architectural services.
Scope of the consultancy
Engineering development and design: Comprehensive preparation of the final Technical File that will serve as the basis for the subsequent execution of the works to improve the infrastructure and institutional equipment.
Beneficiary institution: José María Arguedas Higher School of Artistic Training (ESFA), in order to optimize the conditions of the higher education service of artistic training.
Location and registration: The project is located in the district of Comas, province and department of Lima, and is registered under the Unique Investment Code CUI 2475185.
Qualification requirements and assessment points
Signature experience: Expressions of interest are open to legal entities that demonstrably demonstrate technical capacity and experience in the development of similar projects. The corporate profile must be presented through brochures, description of similar jobs, experience in similar contextual conditions and favorable history of contract compliance.
Associations and consortia: In order to strengthen their technical qualifications and accumulated experience, interested firms may constitute joint ventures or propose the inclusion of subcontractors.
Formation of a short list: After the evaluation and validation of the credentials of the applicants, a short list will be structured consisting of a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of eight (8) pre-selected consulting firms.
