Description of Services: Prefeasibility study for the generation of electrical energy from FNCER in the Campo Rubiales area with participation of the communities The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is executing the aforementioned operation. For this operation, the IDB intends to contract the consulting services described in this Request for Expressions of Interest.
