Platform for the observation of cyberspace

Description

The Argentine Republic, through the Chief of the Cabinet of Ministers, has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Cybersecurity Program for Critical Information Infrastructures (ICI). This national public tender invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the acquisition of a platform for the observation of cyberspace, aimed at strengthening the security and monitoring of national critical infrastructures.

Scope of the offer
The acquisition is part of the State Reform/Modernization sector and includes the following components:

- Licensing: Subscription of software licenses for the national cyberspace observation platform.

- Implementation: Specialized installation and technical configuration services of the platform.

- Technical training: Training aimed at the team responsible for maintaining the system.

- Operational Training: Training for the team in charge of monitoring and responding to incidents.

Qualification Requirements
The process will be carried out in accordance with IDB policies under the following criteria:

- Bidder's capacity: Detailed evaluation of the technical and financial capacity of the interested firms.

- Guarantee: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Maintenance Guarantee in the amount of USD $12,000.00.

- Preference: A margin of preference will be applied in favor of national contractors or APCAs as set out in the bidding documents.
