1. Good practices and relationship strategy
Analyze regional and international experiences and develop criteria to define objectives, actors and mechanisms of interaction with the market according to the stages of the projects.
2. Early consultations and promotion of opportunities
Design guidelines for Early Market Engagement (EME), market outreach activities and organization of national and international roadshows.
3. Operational Tools and Safeguards
Develop matrices, templates, checklists and protocols that facilitate public-private interaction, guaranteeing transparency, equal treatment, confidentiality and traceability.
4. Validation and continuous improvement
Establish monitoring and feedback mechanisms, validate the Toolkit through consultations or practical applications and incorporate recommendations for its improvement.
The consultancy will prioritize road infrastructure, urban and suburban public transport and air transport.
Interested companies should carefully review the registration requirements on the relevant IDB portal and ensure that all requested information is completed before submitting their Statement of Interest (EOI).
