PGE - Partial renovation of end-user computer equipment to strengthen the institutional technological infrastructure

Ecuador, through the Ministry of Economic and Productive Development (formerly the Ministry of Economy and Finance) and with the State Attorney General's Office (PGE) as sub-executor, has financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the "Financial Administration Modernization Program". This call for National Public Bidding (LPN) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the renewal of their computer equipment.

Scope of supply
Main objective: Acquisition and partial renovation of end-user computer equipment to strengthen the technological infrastructure of the State Attorney General's Office.

Qualification Requirements and Conditions
Regulatory framework: National Public Bidding (LPN) carried out in accordance with the IDB's Policies for the Acquisition of Works and Goods.

Evaluation criteria: Compliance with the legal, technical and financial requirements specified in the process specifications.

Margin of preference: Margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or consortia (APCA).

Required guarantee: Mandatory presentation of the Bid Maintenance Statement.

Management and submission of bids
Access to the bases: The bidding documents are obtained by request sent by email to the State Attorney General's Office (profip@pge.gob.ec).

Delivery modality: Physical delivery of proposals in a sealed envelope at the General Secretariat of the PGE (Amazonas Plaza Building, Quito). Electronic bids are not authorized.
