Description
Ideally, we look for clean and sweet coffees, within a range of 84 to 85 points, with a profile that highlights notes of chocolate and relatively low acidity.
We would prefer that they have organic certification, but we would also consider coffees grown organically — without the use of synthetic chemicals —, although certification is currently not available.
