Description
The qualification requirements include: (a) Financial capacity: The Bidder must provide documented evidence to demonstrate its compliance with the following financial requirements: It must present Financial Statement copies (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) of the last fiscal year, audited by a audit firm. In order to verify the availability of liquid assets, which must be at least 30% of the total amount of the offer. (b) Experience and Technical Capacity: The Bidder must provide documented evidence to demonstrate its compliance with the following experience requirement: Submit at least 3 copies of contracts, purchase orders and / or invoices for batches offered that corroborate the supply of similar goods. to the one offered in the last 3 years (2017, 2018 and 2019), taking as reference the date of presentation and opening of the offer. The sum of the aforementioned documents must correspond to at least 50% of the amount of the lot offered. A Preference Margin will not be awarded to eligible national Suppliers.
