Description
Logistics Operation Service for the period 2021-2023 corresponding to the Programa Nacional Remedial
Qualification requirements include:
a) Financial Capacity: The annual volume of annual sales in at least 1 year within the last 3 years must be equivalent, at least, to: 1.5 times, the amount of the Offer. It will be accredited by including a copy of the balance sheets of the last two (2) financial statements –legal entity- or statements of income, profits and losses –individual entity- of the two (2) fiscal years closed prior to the deadline date. offer presentation.
b) Experience and volume of manufacture and / or commercialization:
- Demonstrable experience in the field, which will be credited with, at least, 3 satisfactorily executed contracts in the provision of similar services in the 5-year period prior to the deadline for submitting offers. It will be credited by including the sales list in the offer indicating at least the following information: customer, supply of services and volume transported / stored, or copy of the contracts. Specific goods are understood to be those goods offered in this tender without distinction of model, and similar goods are understood to be those goods belonging to the same item or sector as the goods offered in this tender.
- Volume of manufacture and / or commercialization of the specific services offered must be the equivalent, at least, to 1.5 times the specified quantities of the offer, corresponding to the period of the last two (2) years prior to the opening date of the the offer. It will be accredited by means of a Sworn Statement from the Bidder or the Manufacturer, if the Bidder is not the Manufacturer or Record Holder.
