A larger multinational company based in Asia in the areas of Digital TV, LCD, and small home appliance looking a potential BPO company that fit the following criteria:
Elegibility requirements:
[1] Have language capabilities in English, Spanish. Portuguese and German are desired.
[2] 5+ years of experience providing call-center services to consumers in the US, Canada, Europe and Latin America
[3] Preferred service experience in the industries of consumer electronics, home appliances, and/or eCommerce (B2B + B2C)
[4] History of providing services to other global/multinational corporations.
[5] Available seat number is 100+ for the first three months, and ability to grow to 500+ seats within first six months
