Description

  • Review existing international literature, methodological, regulatory and technical documents, systems, databases, plans, among others, related to closing the gap in the non-contact educational service with the application of electronic equipment.
  • Review the methodological, normative and technical documents that have been established on the IOARR, which contribute to define investments aimed at reducing the gap in the non-classroom educational service of basic education.
  • Generate digital tools for monitoring in the execution and operation phase (ex post evaluation), in order to monitor the progress of investment execution, as well as the effectiveness of electronic equipment in the provision of the service, taking into account factors such as : connectivity of students and teachers, geographical conditions (coast, mountains and jungle), poverty levels, among other factors.
  • Provide technical assistance to the technical units of the Ministry of Education and to the operators of the National System of Multiannual Programming and Investment Management, with respect to the collection of data and registration of massive investment in the National System of Multiannual Programming and Investment Management - Invierte.pe (Peruvian System).
  • Design a digital tool for monitoring, showing the progress of the physical and financial execution of investments, as well as the generation of executive reports.
  • Prepare a tool that allows for the collection by each region of the level of satisfaction of students and teachers with the use of electronic equipment, connectivity conditions and efficient compliance with the minimum educational content established by the Ministry of Education, among others.
  • Design a digital tool for monitoring the operational phase of the infrastructure and / or service, through an ex post evaluation, which allows measuring the effectiveness of the education service using the assets generated by the investment made.
  • Presentation of lessons learned, which provides a guiding framework to strengthen the knowledge of operators regarding the investment cycle in the framework of the National System for Multi-year Programming and Investment Management.
