Description

The Ministry of Health of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA) has received funding from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Digital Agenda project of the Buenos Aires Health System. This call for National Public Bidding (LPN) invites eligible bidders to submit closed proposals for the provision and installation of window intercoms aimed at optimizing care services in various effectors of the city's public health network.

Scope of the offer
- Goods requested: Supply, configuration and installation of intercom devices for direct customer service windows.

- Institutional destination: Technical equipment for the different medical centers and health effectors dependent on the Ministry of Health of the CABA.

- Operational planning: The provider must submit a detailed schedule that determines the installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning times of the integrated system in each assigned health center.

Qualification Requirements
- Specific experience: Accreditation of at least three (3) contracts successfully executed and concluded in the last five (5) years (in the public or private sector) demonstrating the provision of a minimum cumulative or individual of 200 units of a similar nature. In the case of an APCA, this requirement will be evaluated in a combined manner among its members.

- General experience: Minimum proven track record of three (3) years in the marketing and provision of computer equipment or similar technologies.

- Financial capacity: Presentation of the financial statements corresponding to the last three (3) closed fiscal years, duly validated by an independent external auditor that demonstrates the financial strength of the company.

- Technical support: Delivery of documentary evidence, technical sheets and manufacturing certifications that ensure compliance with all the functional requirements demanded in the specifications.

- Guarantee of seriousness: All technical and economic proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Maintenance Guarantee for a value of USD 3,500.00. No margin of preference will be granted to national contractors or APCAs.
