Consulting services for the "Supervision of the construction of the catchment system, raw water adduction, PTAP, impulsion line to the Mancha Grande loading tank, and the construction of the pluvial drainage and potable water systems of the Crucita parish".
The consultancy services ("the services") include: the supervision of 1) the construction of the catchment system in which a direct catchment work will be incorporated, which will allow the derivation of the flows to be treated. This work consists of a 3.90 m wide weir transversal to the diversion outlet channel, with a crown at 89.90 m above sea level, a spillway that guarantees the intake level and maintains the pressurization conditions of the raw water conduction, 2) raw water adduction, through a siphon, working at low pressure, having as load level 89.90 m above sea level and as arrival level 87.90 in the oxidation tank of the treatment plant. The conduction flow of 0.55 m3/s, which is achieved with a ductile iron pipe of 0.8 m in diameter and 420 m of 420 m in length. The treatment process consists of a first stage of chemical oxidation of the organic matter present in the raw water, in the form of algae and humic substances; this process is followed by a clarification process consisting of chemical coagulation, flocculation, sedimentation and filtration; and finally, the disinfection process using chlorine. The first module of the WTP was designed with a capacity of 500 liters per second, for a future expansion with a capacity of 250 liters per second. 4) 280 m long, ductile iron impulsion line with a diameter of 600 mm, pipe that transfers the treated flows to the Mancha Grande compensation tank at 147 meters above sea level, for subsequent distribution.
Within the scope of the consulting services ("the services") the Fiscalization will also supervise 5) the construction of the pluvial drainage and potable water systems of the Crucita parish, the potable water system will be composed of PVC pipes with diameters between 63 mm and 500 mm, with an approximate length of 141,000 meters and the pluvial drainage system will consist of 1,300 meters of double wall structured pipe with diameters between 250 and 1,200 mm.
The maximum term for the execution of the consultancy is twenty-four (24) calendar months from the date of payment of the advance payment.
The Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Government of Canton Portoviejo invites eligible consulting firms to express their interest in providing the requested services.
Interested firms must submit the following information: Letter expressing their interest in participating in the consulting services.

Detail of the experience of the consulting firm individually or in association in participation in consulting services within the last 15 years counted from the date of sending of this invitation in Controller - Supervision of:
- Construction of a raw water intake system.
- Construction of a raw water adduction system.
- Construction of two or more Drinking Water Treatment Plants with a minimum flow of 300 l/s.
- Construction of two or more ductile iron impulsion lines with a minimum diameter of 400 mm.
- Construction of storm drainage systems with a diameter of 800 mm or greater and a minimum length of 5 km.
- Construction of potable water systems with diameters between 63 mm and 355 mm or greater, and a minimum length of 80 km.
