Description
Manage administrative and logistical activities to ensure the timely and coordinated execution of program activities, through the provision of outsourced management services of professional and support services, mobilizing a key team and specific consultants and ensuring the logic of training activities and accompaniment in the field, in accordance with the Program's guidelines.
These consulting services include:
1.1. Guaranteeing the follow-up of the execution of the CT through the continuous updating of the work plan in MSProject.
1.2. Provide resource management services, including the management of professional contracts for the execution of activities (key equipment, experts and specific support staff).
1.3. Promote the coordination of technical cooperation activities between components and with the institutional counterparts that the IDB defines through the hiring of a technical coordinator.
1.4. Prepare and update the CT planning and reporting instruments.
1.5. Ensure the logistical organization of the activities of workshops and field visits, by hiring an operational assistant.
1.6. Document dialogue and training activities.
1.7. Maintain a continuous dialogue with the contract supervisor through reports and regular meetings.
The required profile includes a minimum of 10 years of work experience in the health sector and with specific experience in the following areas:
• Administration and project management;
• Outsourcing of technical and administrative support services;
• Work with international organizations;
• Work experience in the health sector, preferably in Panama;
• Operational and logistical capacity to manage the project in the Republic of Panama
Interested consulting firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to provide the services (brochures, description of similar jobs, experience in similar conditions, availability of personnel with relevant knowledge, etc.). Eligible consulting firms may partner as a joint venture or in a sub-consulting arrangement to enhance their qualifications. Said association or joint venture will appoint one of the firms as a representative.
