Description
Improvement and management of running water facilities services are required: Supply and installation of one (1) storage tank of 500 m3 for Tola, Rivas and two (2) storage tanks of 980 m3 each for Pueblos Blancos, Masaya
Requirements include:
Financial: Applicant must present documentation proving the following financial requirements:
- Liquidity: Have a coefficient greater than or equal to 1 on average over the last 3 fiscal years (2015, 2016 y 2017), which will be calculated based on the quotient of the total division of Active and Passive Assets
- Debt: Have a coefficient greater than or equal to 0.75 on average over the last three fiscal years (2015, 2016 y 2017), which will be calculated based on the quotient of the total division of total assets and liabilities
- Profitability: Have a profit of at least 1% in the last three fiscal years (2015, 2016 y 2017), which will be calculated based on the quotient of utilities after tax and assets, multiplied by 100
